Draft for owner and legal review before publication. This notice describes the current request form; it is not legal advice.
Who handles your information
EB Auto Detailing is operated by Faith Malek. EB Auto Detailing is independently owned by Faith Malek and is a separate business from EB Auto Repair.
Information you provide
The appointment request form collects your name, phone number, optional email, vehicle size, selected services, condition notes, preferred date and time, and your contact and marketing choices. Please do not include payment details or other sensitive information in your notes.
How it is used
Your details help the owner respond to your request, discuss the vehicle's condition, quote services, and arrange an appointment. Submitting a request does not confirm an appointment.
Contact & optional marketing
The required contact choice covers calls, texts or emails about your request. The optional marketing checkbox is separate and unchecked by default. You do not need to choose marketing to request service. Ask us to stop marketing contact at any time by calling the number below. Automated marketing is not currently active.
Storage & access
Requests are stored through Lovable Cloud and are available in the owner's password-protected workspace. Public visitors cannot read submitted requests. Service providers that host the website and store requests process information to support those services. We do not sell your information.
Website storage & links
Owner sign-in uses browser storage to maintain the owner's session. The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts. Calling links open your phone app, and directions links open Google Maps; those services have their own privacy terms. Advertising tracking and automated marketing have not been activated.
Access, corrections & deletion
Call (314) 657-6641 to ask about your information, correct a request, request deletion, or withdraw optional marketing consent. We may need to verify that the request concerns your information. A fixed retention period has not yet been adopted and remains subject to owner review.
